Delete your account from Catalogger

Open Catalogger on a supported device, go to your account settings, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and its associated service data are deleted and you are signed out.

If you cannot access your account

If you cannot access Catalogger, email info@geocommerce.in from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your business profile; products, categories, collections and product groups; tracked cloud images, videos and saved PDF catalogs; cloud preferences and share history; and your login identity, including sign-in methods and active sessions. This removal is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is kept

Anonymised usage and diagnostic records may be retained with account identifiers removed so they are no longer linked to you and can be used for aggregate analysis. Temporary files or cached copies already downloaded to your own device or browser may remain until you clear that local app or browser data.
